Once you setup this process its is easily scalable and gives quality leads at a very cost effective price.

Steps to setup the cold emailing campaign: 
 
Step-1. Register Domain and Create Email IDs (Domain should be at least 1 year old)
 
Step-2. Check DKM, SPF and DMARC using: https://mxtoolbox.com/
 

Step-3. Free email warm up service for cold emailing: https://next.quickmail.io/ ( at least for 1 month)

Step-4. Verify the email IDs using online email ID verification tool: https://www.zerobounce.net/

 Step-5. Setup the cold emailing tool: https://woodpecker.co/ (we used this)
 
Step-6. Optimize your subject lines and don’t send more than 200 emails from one email ID. (the most successful subject line was “Meeting Request or Meeting”)
 
Step-7. Make sure your email is optimized for mobile phones
 

Things to keep in Mind from legal perspective: 

  1. Do not SPAM
  2. Emails should be personalized
  3. You need to mention your complete address and details in your signature
  4. Do not use deceptive subject lines 
  5. Give the option to unsubscribe
